We enjoyed our stay with cozy rooms and reliable Wi-Fi, easy to plan our daily adventures. The wellness area had a sauna and steam room that were great. The only thing we found a bit off was that the decor could use a little updating, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😊

Very comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Excellent position near the centre of Rome in a quiet area.
There was much confusion over the available WI-fi which, despite the reception staff giving us a paper telling us there was a charge, they then told us on three separate occasions ( three different members of staff) it would be free for our entire stay. We were then surprised to be charged. After much discussion this matter was resolved but beware the confusion over this!! Also, just a minor niggle, they could improve their breakfast coffee!!

Location Cleanliness, the breakfast
There was no Milk in room to use for the tea & coffee provided. I asked on two occasions for some milk, but both times no-body came with it ! Was most disappointing. Also, upon arriving in Australia, I have noticed I may have been charged too much, the amount seems very high, I will be checking & contacting you. Breakfast was included in the price quoted, so I am thinking maybe you have charged me extra for the 3 days of breakfast ?
